Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be made if the goods have not yet been dispatched. Upon successful cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded.

Once you request the cancellation of items in your order, it will take us 2-5 business days to process the cancellation and initiate the refund. You will receive an email notification once this is done. Afterward, it usually takes 10-15 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If technical issues prevent us from refunding to the original payment source, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
